“We travelled with family ( wife+ 5 yr old son) to phuket (4 days) and bangkok (3 days). The ground team there in phuket and bangkok did a commendable job, they planned the timings very well and the type of car which suits for each of my activity and commute. They were available 24*7 both in whatsapp and PYT app. We had no issues anywhere in the trip everything was planned very well and the cab's waited well ahead of time. Now coming to the negative part : The sales team here in India was not clear with their proposed itinerary. There was always confusions with whatever they said. So, its better you plan the itinerary yourself clearly and then go to them, since they weren't much helpful in the planning part overall.”Karthik B, India
